I、Capability
1、Water reducing ratio:14～18%，the strength increases obviously in the early time, without the chloride and no corrosion to the reinforcing steel bar.
2、The concrete mixed with this product is workable, with little retardation, suitable for commercial pumping concrete.
3、Good applicability to the slag cement, pulverized ash cement and ordianry Portland cement.
II、Application & Effect
1、When used in the steam maintenance concrete, it can shorten the maintenance time, reduce the maintenance temperature, save the steam maintenance energy and improve the quality of the component.
2、The application of ordinary concrete, commercial concrete and pump concrete in winter, the minimum maintenance temperature isn't lower than －5℃ in two days. 3、In normal temperature, according to the admixture quantity and the different cement, the strength of the concrete can increace 40-50% in one day, 20-30% in 3-7 days and over 20% in 28 days.
4、It can be used with the bulking agent at the same time, applied to various kinds of concrete with the impermeability over S8.
5、When keeping the concrete strength changeless, it can save the cement quantity for 10-20%.
III、Usage & Dosage
1、Add in powder with the cement at the same time and it can't be added to the wet sand directly.
2、The admixture quantity is 2-3% of the cement weight and 3% is recommended.

1、The product is innoxious and smellless, wetting avoided in storage. If affected with damp, its agglomeration capability dosen't change, and it should be dried and comminuted then bolted with a sieve with 30 meshes before using.

　　FNJ－S water-tight water reducing agent is a compound mixed up with organic materials and inorganic materials. It can be confected into general and high efficient antifreeze water-tight water reducing agent according to the working requirement in winter. It is mainly used in various large commercial concrete projects such as high buildings, airport courses, ports and dams, with its quality completely up to the standard GB8076－1997.
I、Technical Characteristics
1、The concrete slump improves from 5－8cm to 15－22cm.
2、Little slump loss, no bleeding and no segregating.
3、The water reducing ratio is higher than 15%. 4、The water-tight grade is larger than S20. 5、The concrete strength increases 20% in 28 days.
II、Usage
1、Added in dry powder directly, not used in solution.
2、The admixture quantity is 8% of the cement weight.
3、Prolong the mixing time for 30～60 seconds.

　　※ FNJ-S₁ Antifreezing Concrete Waterproofing Agent

    The product is a compound concrete additive composed of many materials including the expanding component, water reducing component, antifreezing component, rapid hardening component, retardation component and anticorrosion component etc, with the quality up to the standard JC475-1992，JC474-1999 and GB8076-1997. It can adjust the retardation time and water reducing ratio properly according to the customer's demand, and it is applied to various waterproofing concrete, especially the large application of waterproofing concrete in winter.
I、Capability
1、Water reducing capability: High water reducing capability, with the water reducing ratio up to over 20%. It can reduce the unit water consumption of the concrete greatly and save over 15% cement at the same slump.
2、Water-tight capability: Mixed with expanding and water reducing component, it can improve the concrete solidity greatly. In limited conditions, it can produce an internal stress of 0.3-0.8Mpa inside the concrete, which can compensate the shrinkage of the concrete for crack resistant and water-tight effect. The maximum water-tight grade can be up to P40.
3、Antifreezing capabiligy: Including antifreezing component, it can make the concrete go on hardening in negative temperature to threshold strength as soon as possible for antifreezing effect. Workable when the temperature is over －20℃.
4、Retardation capability: It can adjust the concrete setting time properly according to the customer's demand. If it is large concrete, the product can slow down the rate of heat release and reduce the quantity of heat release when the cement is hydrating, so as to avoid the cracks of the concrete caused by the tempreture stress. The maximum setting time can be extended to over 10 hours.
5、Plasticity retention: It has good plasticity retention and it can reduce the slump loss of the concrete that keep it no more than 2cm in 2 hours. Applied to the pump concrete.
6、Rapid hardening capability: The rapid hardening and water reducing component in the product have good rapid hardening effect on the concrete and they can obviously improve the early strength of the concrete. At the same slump, compared with unmixed concrete, the concrete's one-day strength and three-day strength can increase over 200%.
7、Gas introducing capability: It has some gas introducing function for the concrete, and the gas introduced can imcrease the concrete's pumping and lasting properties, improve the antifreezing and water-tight capabilities.
8、Corrosion resistance：Including anticorrosion component, it can prevent the reinforcing steel bar in the concrete from rusting.
II、Application
1、Applied to the winter construction of large water-tight concrete.
2、Applied to the winter construction of some projects which have high demand for the concrete water-tight property and some hydraulic pressure.
3、Applied to the concrete construction of various port projects in winter.
4、Applied to the winter construction of waterproofing concrete projects such as underground architectures and roofing projects.
III、Usage  
1、The admixture quantity of this product is 6-10% of the cement(to replace the cement).
2、It can be put into the mixer directly together with the cement, sand, stones and other materials.
IV、Notice  
1、Do proportioning tests when using the product.
2、Prolong the mixing time after adding the product so as to make it spread in the concrete evenly.。

II、Technical Characteristics
1、FNJ－1 has high efficient water reducing function in proper admixture quantity area(0.8～l%), with the water reducing ratio of 15～19%.
2、FNJ—l has good applicability to various kinds of cement. According to different admixture quantity and different cement, when reducing the water ratio(water consumption), the concrete strength can increase 30-40% in one day, 20-50% in 3-7 days and over 20% in 28 days.
3、Keeping the strength and slump constant changeless, it will save over 15% cement to mix into FNJ—l.
4、When keeping the cement quantity and water ratio changeless, it will increase the slump constant for at least 10cm to mix into FNJ－l, and the concrete strength after hardening is equal to the reference concrete.
5、As the low-gas-introducing rapid hardening water reducing agent, the gas introduced of FNJ-1 is 1-2% larger than the reference concrete, which can consequently improve the concrete impermeability and freezing & thawing resistance.

1、Solid powder, it can be confected into the solution to add into the cement or directly mixed in powder, with a admixture quantity of 0．8～1% of the cement weight and 1% is recommended.
2、When FNJ－l is mixed into the concrete in powder, we should prolong the mixing time properly and mix evenly.
3、When FNJ－l is used in solution, if the crystal appears because of low temperature, we should make the crystal dissolving by reducing the solution concentration or heating before using. Drying mixing is available to avoid unevenly mixing.

Technical Characteristics(admixture quantity is 3%)
1、At 0～5℃, the pressive strength of the concrete increases 50-100% in 3 days, 30-50% in 7 days(70% of the standard strength) and more 10% in 28 days.
2、The concrete setting time is extended a little, which can reduce the dry shrinkage cracks of the newly-laid concrete in dry weather, and the admixture quantity must be strictly controlled and accurately measured.

　　FNJ-5 rapid hardening antifreeze is up to the concrete antifreeze standard BG8076 — 87 and JC475 — 92.
I、Characteristics
1 、It is low temperature concrete rapid hardening antifreeze, grey powder, used in the concrete construction when the natural temperature is over － 15 ℃, and the water reducing ratio is 8-12% or adjusted according to the demand.
2 、It can imcrease the concrete strength and frost resistance, improve the workability, decrease the bleeding rate and increase the concrete lasting property when using this product.
II、Usage & Notice
1 、The more admixture quantity is, the better effect will be. Considering the economical using, the proper quantity is 4-6% of the cement weight.
2 、In negtative temperature, after the concrete is moulded and tamped, the exposed surface should be covered with heat insulating materials. In positive temperature, the maintenance is the same as that of the ordinary concrete.
3 、Admix the product according to the stated dosage and strictly control the water ratio.

I、Characteristics
1、FNJ一8 dosen't contain chloride, no corrosion to the reinforcing steel bar, and it can be widely used in the winter construction of many concrete projects such as industrial & civil architectures, roads, bridges and hydraulic structures. Applied to the construction at －5℃-－20℃, it can protect the newly-laid concrete from being frozen.
2、The water used to mix the concrete should be 5%-20% less than the normal quantity to guarantee the slump constant of the concrete mixture controlled between 3cm to 5cm in winter construction. The concrete mixture should be concreted rapidly after it comes out from the tank and make sure that its temperature isn't less than 5℃.
3、Use Portland cement with the grade not lower than 425# or ordinary Portland cement, as well as the slag Portland cement with the grade not lower than 425#, but can't use the pozzolan cement or pulverized ash cement.
II、Usage & Admixture Quantity Table

　　When adding the concrete antifreeze in winter construction, the cement used in C20 concrete should be higher than 300kg/m3 and 450kg/m3 for C40 concrete. As to important bearing structures and thin-walled structures, the exposed concrete should be covered with plastic cloth first then 1-2 layers of straw bags.　　III、Packaging & Storage
