This is a kind of rapid hardening, antifreezing and waterproofing agent, which acts as the rapid hardening function early when the concrete is thermotropic, and then acts as the antifreezing and hardening function when the concrete inside is at negative temperature. It can also promote the extreme liveliness of the cement colloid and quicken the hydration, so that the hydrated products increase and the structure becomes more compact, consequently to improve the impermeability and imperviousness of the concrete.
1、Applied to plastering mortar and concrete construction.
2、Products with antirusting agent are necessary for reinforced concrete construction.
3、Prolong the rabbling time correctly, pay attention to the mixing time, strengthen the vibration, not suitable of steam maintenance.
4、Proper mixed content is 4% of the cement's weight.
5、The concrete must be mixed with water uniformly, then add the compound agent into the concrete, with the mixing time extended properly.

The technology of permanent airproof waterproofing agent is introduced from America. As a new innocuous and noncorrosive waterproofing agent, it contains the activator and carrier compound inorganic water-based solution. It has so high penetrability and diffusivity that it can infiltrate into the interior of concrete for 3～5cm, and then form the gel which is unsolvable in water, consequently to build up the interstice, block out capillary duts, increase the compression, build into the permanent airproof waterproofing layer, as well as to increase rigidity and compressive resistance. It also has mildewproof, weachering resistant and acid/alkali resistant functions, so it is a perfect new waterproofing material with simple application and excellent performance. Construction method I: Surface spray(4sq.m is allowed with each kilometer)
1、Rinse out the surface dust on the job position with clean water, root out the old wall skin, smear, bitumen, oil paint and other sundries.
2、If there is obvious cracks and holes, we should clean out first, then mend the breakage with cement of the same grade.
3、Spray enough water to make the basic concrete completely wet, and then hold on for 30 minutes until the surface is dry saturated.
4、Spray the medicament on the base surface with the low-pressure sprayer and spray again when the medicament infiltrates into the base and the surface isn't moist obviously. The long-hair brush is available for construction in small areas such as houses.
5、2-3 hours (tens of minutes in hot summer) after spraying and the coating is going to get dry, make the surface moisture with clean water immediately to avoid the waterproofing agent from losing. If white impurities appear on the cement surface after spraying water continuously for 24 hours, wash them out with clean water and do it again in 48 hours until there are not white impurities on the surface any more.
II、Cement additive process: The airproof waterproofing agent and water are mixed according to the weight in proportion as 1:20. Mix the medicament with proper water first then add to cement and sand to make the mortor. General construction methods: If there are no obvious cracks or leaks on the roofing, basement, swimming pool, water tower, side wall and floor etc, we can spray directly, otherwise, we should cut the crack into V first, make the airproof waterproofing agent with water in proportion as 1:20, make the stuffing according to the cement additive process and them spray. Note: The bitumen, metal and woodworks can't be sealed, and the mixture can't infiltrate through organic glass or non-porous rubber-base paint. The quality inspection and acceptance are carried out according to the items in GBJ207—83《Roof Waterproofing Work Construction & Acceptance Criterion》and GBJ208—83《Underground Waterproofing Work Construction 》.
